Howdy, 52yr considering 2 level ADR
Hi everybody, wonderful forum here, thanks Harrison for all the hard work!
My quick history: 2015: Noticed some shoulders/back tingling when i moved certain ways, figured a pinched nerve Jan 2016: very minor slip that jarred my spine, ringing throughout my body for 30s, MRI shows DDD with herniations at C5/6 and C6/7, one of them looks pretty bad. Neuro surg guy wants to do a 2 level fusion, but thought it was fine to delay. My local family doc highly recommends pursuit of non-surgical options! No pain, a touch of radiculopathy both arms (right worse), no impact to my work. I figure no surgery is the best/safest option. Go on with my life. 2017: starting to develop a minor limp on right side - so that herniation is still doing some work For the first time i'm starting to feel that this injury is impacting my life. I am considering a 2 level ADR at Barrow in PHX (as I have a friend who is a [non surg] doc there). No questions I guess, just nice to be here with others in the same boat. If anybody has had a procedure at Barrow I'd like to hear about it!

Welcome. I am getting 3 level adr next month in Cayman Islands from a Tennessee Dr. It is called BanlancedBack. I am hoping to correct a limp I have. Good luck.
