Default 7 months post-op and 95% pain free

Sandra,

I am 7 months post-op from the XLIF Fusion surgery and about 95% pain free. I get a twinge of pain here and there and am just getting back to sports, but last month I took a one week ski trip to Sun Valley (Idaho) and had no problems at all. So it looks like this final surgery did the trick and I feel better than I have in 3 1/2 years---I just wish they would have fixed the L3/L4 disc when I had my original surgery so I did not have to go back and have another one.
