Aqua stationary bikes
I have been having issues with my feet. Specifically now (ball of foot pain). I've tried several cheap products but I can't seem to kick this. It's inhibiting my walking rehab and it's very frustrating. I live near a indoor swimming pool and go 3 times a week.
I cannot ride a regular bike or a conventional stationary bike due to my dislocated coccyx. These aqua bikes are becoming very popular in Europe, some are taking spinning classes in the pool. They go for anywhere between 2 - $500 on Allibabba. anyone ever use one? anyone with thoughts?
