Replies: 8 Hello-Considering Lumbar ADR Views: 12,484 Posted By TDR Get 2 level fusion I had an ADR at L5-S1 five years ago and now have bad facets due to the ADR. Had no previous problems with the facets. I would recommend the two level fusion.
