So I’m going to be getting prodisc replacement at both l5-s1 and l4-l5 next month with dr. schiffman. I’m quite scared for the first time in my life. But don't really have a choice at this point, it's been two years since my car accident and symptoms have only gotten worse.
Anyhow to the point at hand I’ve had a few surgeries in the past and have used the following drug and supplement protocol to great avail. If any of you have any questions about the following feel free to ask in this post and it may take a lil bit but I’ll get back to you. So here is what I’ll be using. In no way is this a suggestion, prescription or to be intended for anything else than entertainment purposes (one must disclaim themselves these days) 8 tabs wobenzyme-n 3x a day on an empty stomach 2 grams fish oil 3x a day w/ food 6 caps jarrow bone up 6 caps jarrow curcumin 95 1000iu vit.E applied topically to scar 300iu SOD subQ inj 200mg glutathione subQ inj (ed first wk eod there after) 3 iu HGH suQ (ed first wk,2iu m,t,w,th,f off sat,sun there after) 100mcg igf-1lr3 ed 200mcg twice a week nalbuphene as needed for pain 200mg ipraflavone 3x a day And a lot of sleep Once again these supplements are what I’ll be using and are not a recommendation from me to anyone and all pharmaceuticals will be prescribed to me. following this protocol afew years ago i recovered from bilateral foot surgery in 2 months and the expected recovery was 4-6 months. hopefully it'll work just as well for this. peace ...

Hi Ray,
Forgive my cynicism, but I wonder if you would have healed up equally as quickly on your previous surgery if you had not taken all those supplements and stuff? It's a completely different ball game here, with spinal surgery being "very major surgery". You will have seen me quoted many times are saying Slow and Steady Wins This Race In my a not inconsiderable experience, you will be lucky to be back to work and fairly fit at six months (no handsprings or cartwheels thank you) at 12 months hopefully you should be "fighting fit again". This also depends on your occupation. I wish you well with your surgery, and with a good recovery. Best, Alastair
