Lumbar ADR in good ole North Carolina
I think I have found one with experience. The bad news is that I call my family practice doc to give me a referral. After a week The lady in the office that does this said "I'm just covered up and hadn't had time"
 Unless she has started when I call tomorrow, I'm saying forget it. Dr Wilson, my pain management doc has a offered to right one in the past.Something about possibly seeing an end in sight after 4 years has gotten me fired up to get it done. Impatience is showing its ugly head. The surgeon is in NC and does lumbar disc replacement.

Suffered thru every non-surgical cure known without relief. Pain management '06 to April '10, Had minimally invasive PLIF with internal fixation on 12/28/09 for isthmic spondylolisthesis of L5-S1 (TDR contra-indicated) DDD at L3-4 & L4-5, All L-Spine doing well. Episodes of no pain at all. After being relatively pain free for 4 months, C-Spine gave up. MRI due 11-1
