Has anyone out there had any experience with
trying to get any reembursement for ADR or any
expences from KAISER. I know Mark is checking on
a case he heard about but that's it. My 3 level
was 36,000 euros not counting other expences

8 weeks post op and doing fine

Well I just mailed in a claim form to Kaiser
today, I'll keep u posted.

I had been under the impression that Kaiser had paid for ADR outside of Kaiser. I learned Monday that the Kaiser patient had paid out of pocket.
