Default Hello!

Just introducing myself. I live in Raleigh, NC. I have had back issues since 2009. I am 36 years old and trying like hell to avoid fusion. The ADR options seem promising. I am currently looking in to the M6, the 2 that are approved in the US and the new Freedom ADR. Ive been using a mix of PT, Chiro, massage therapy, and dry needling to curb my pain. Seems about once a year it comes back full force. I am very active and trying to remain that way.

Question

Hi, thanks for posting here. I hope we can help you with your next steps. What are they, so far? Did you reach out to spine surgeons in NC or SC yet who perform ADR?

Default Hello

I have reached out to the following for consults.

http://www.cnsa.com/
http://www.centerfordiscreplacement.com/
http://www.southeasternspine.com/

My main concern is that I already have some mild facet degeneration as well. I am hoping I can get them to do a facet debridement at the same time.
