Thanks Alastair ~ obviously still floating around in cyber-space somewhere!!

Do you think then that Mr Lam will do xrays & MRI on Monday? Wow!! I've just told my hubby to cancel his days leave (he only had 1 day left) to save for when I really needed him with me. I've got to nip over to the Nuffield in a bit to pick up copies of my last ones which were done 18 months ago.

I've been having a really rough time I saw the Chiropractor yesterday (no treatment as such) & she said she's quite concerned at the state of my back & is pleased I'm seeing Mr Lam on Monday. She also told me I have to mention that since my fall, my neck hasn't been behaving as I just see it as a secondary pain to my back, hips, legs etc.

Going to start rambling now so will shut up! I have something else to ask but will start a new thread.

Thanks again

Wow I am very suprised!! I've always gone privately before but a consultation has always been just that & anything else is by seperate appointment & then a return for results.

It would certainly be better if they do do as much as possible on the first appointment as it saves me travelling back & forth although I'd better be sure to have my BUPA details with my in case I have to phone for further authorisation!
