Success convincing insurance to cover out of network?
Hi,
Wondering if anyone has had success convincing insurance to cover ADR by an out-of-network provider? I've been recommended to talk to a case manager, and talk about this as a medically necessary expense... Any tips? My insurance provides no benefits for out-of-network providers, and I'm not finding a well practiced ADR surgeon in the network. Sigh. Thanks, Marita
