Need Help-For those of you who have had multi level Cervical ADR Approvals
Please email me. Id like to get a copy of your written approval from your insurance co so I can use it in my appeals with Aetna for proving prescendence. Pls make sure it has your name, doctor's name, and the adr procedure listed on it.
Some of you may have been thorugh the appeals process before and may have a stack of other peoples approvals I can use also. Thanks!
