These people are out to paralyze us! When I'm tailgated, part of me is tempted to chase the person down, etc.

Seriously: does anyone have a bumper sticker they'd advise to keep people a safe distance from us when driving?

Thanks, Allan

I feel like that also. When I sit in my vehicle, the seat won't sit up straight enough and I am stressed enough trying to keep it on the road. Try not to take meds when I have to drive....so...they need to watch out!! LOL!!

DID YOU LOSE SOMETHING?

I'm scared stiff of tailgaters or the people that zoom in between car lengths if you leave enough space, sudden stops and so on. I think this is part of why I've stopped freeway driving plus the meds/distances/sitting...

I think that once they are involved in an accident where they get rear ended, they'll get the picture & back off. I know I did. Drives people nuts when I lag behind but they'll get over it.

The real way is to have an intimidating vehicle like a huge SUV or truck.

Thanks for the suggestions.

I'd like to try "Body In Trunk" and live dangerously.

Alastair, I was going to say just that

When driving I still find myself with one eye on the road ahead of me and the other in the rearview mirror. I guess this is a habit that I can't break myself of.

Love the other suggestions Hummmm explosives on board....hummmmm

I have a Mitsubishi Montero which is a decent sized SUV and it gets way more respect than the minivan I had before it... altho I want to get a grill on the front and something on the back as I hate when people parallel park on my bumpers and take a chunk of paint off...
