I am new to this forum, but I wanted to let everyone know that my insurance, a BCBS of Delaware PPO plan, has approved my ADR surgery in Atlanta. I hope this is helpful to anyone with BCBS.

Meredith,
Congratulations...you are one of the few. I have Premera Blue Cross in WA State and they just denied me for the usual reasons. That is OK though, their denial immediately entered me into a Kineflex/Charite trial study that will be paying entirely for a 1 level ADR at L4-5 in August. If anyone is in the Northwest and in need of of ADR, I would recommend considering this before all the participants are selected.
