Default Groin, genital pain anyone?

Just curious if anyone out there is suffering from groin and genital pain as their most severe symptoms? I also have lower body pain and burning, some back pain also but my biggest issue is the genital symptoms. Thx in advance!!

I had groin pain. It felt like I had a hernia at the top of my groin and then right testi. I was told that it was due to my right SI joint being hurt or irritated. The pain now comes and goes depending on what I do and how strenuous I do it.

Previous to surgery I would sometimes have a little aching in my left testicle. I once went to urologists to have checked and was told it was probably from previous hernia surgery. I am not convinced that it was not connected to my back issues, hopefully never to come back.

Boxer: You any closer to deciding what you are going to do?

Boxer,

I'm close to being one year after the surgery. I wanted my life back like I was 20, but it wasn't going to happen. Just a question, where are you now compared from a year from a year ago?

Boxer<
I have groin "numbness" from the end of my incision down to the area between "privates" and leg. There is occasional tingling, seldom pain, but once in a while I do feel a twinge of pain with just the right movement.
I noticed that it seems to be going away however. It was really without feeling until the last two weeks or so, now it seems some areas are regenerating sensation.
(thank god!)

Way back in 2004, before my surgery, I started to get that pain and it frightened me. Thankfully, the removal of my diseased disc (I believe was Lyme disease) and the Charite replacement resolved all my lower back/hip/groin pain.

Interesting Harrison I'm just not sure how we can diagnose Lyme in the disc and if so can we prove its causing the degeneration? My back has had it's problems over the years but always bounced back, I've been tested for the run of the mill Lyme tests w negative results. We're u able to prove Lyme was the cause?

Boxer, my surgeon disallowed me from having my tissue tested. Just as well, 99.9% of the labs only test for one strain of Borrelia Burgdorferi -- and there are 100+ strains documented. Equally as important, there are many other microbes that have been identified in spinal discs since the 1970s. Non-culture based molecular methods are the best to use (e.g., PCR).

By now, I am sure you've seen a topic on this issue that is ignored by doctors -- it's well-documented:

http://www.adrsupport.org/forums/f44...l-causes-9218/

This is multiple pages, have a quick look through them all. Bugs bugs have a proclivity for joint and nerve tissue, I've been studying this for years! This excerpt say it all:

Nine of 10 patients with positive disc cultures had negative blood cultures.
