Hi Danielle - sorry to hear about your problems. I'm considering my options as well and have visited Dr. Petine and also went down to Thornton for a second opinion (search Coflex confusion if you want to see my thread). I scheduled my appointment with Janssen, but after waiting for an hour, I was told he wouldn't be able to see me and I had to meet with one of the other doctors in his office.

I asked around and searched on the Web was able to find both good recommendations and also found some people with comments like stay away from them for both. I know this isn't very helpful, but it is reality that every doctor has failures and successes. Right now I'm leaning towards Petine, but I'm probably going to go for a 3rd opinion first.

My insurance situation isn't good - UHC has a position statement indicating they don't cover ADR, but I know that there are instances where they have. If I go that route, it will clearly be a battle.
