Do any of you learned individuals know if having the source of your pain as almost entirely mechanical is indicative of a specific condition?
I ask because I am worried that my facet joints may be a problem as much as the DDD between L4 and L5 that the MRI/X-rays show. Anyone else have similar symptoms and had more testing to verify their problem? I realize everyone will vary to an extent, but I find it interesting that my pain is almost 100% generated by movement in certain directions rather than just constant pain.
