This site is incredible--we now have 400 members to help one another during the difficult decisions many of us, spine patients, must make.

This is a great community of support--I have made many dear friends (thanks for listenting by the way). It is invaluable to have a "refuge" where everyone is on the same page in which we can learn from each other's experiences.

I wish everyone pain-free days!

Justin

Thx Justin and Paulette! I hope that all you seasoned "veterans" stick around to help other folks once you get to "ther other side!"

We learn so much in a short time, often under such duress. For those of you that can manage continuing to help by sharing and caring, thank you on behalf of all the patients that have been helped.

Double and Triple Joy 400. I am going into the snake pit on my own at 0800 and without this board I would be up the creek. Someone once said, "Knowledge is Power" and I can't tell you how true those words ring every single day for me. Thank you all. Bill
