Apple Cider Vinegar and Osteophytes

Hey gang,

Was surfing for info on apple cider vinegar to treat my dog, on recommendation by my vet, and seems ACV might be good for a whole slew of problems in humans and animals, including symptoms of chronic fatigie syndome and osteophytes...

"1 tsp cider vinegar with one tsp honey taken three times daily helps
with arthritis. It dissolves the crystal deposits of uric acid that form
between joints (and also in muscles as with muscular rheumatism). Also dissolves osteophytes (bony spurs) over long periods."

To be taken of course with the usual grain of salt

Think I'll try it tho, if only for the supposed abilities to break down food into smaller particles and control weight gain...

Trace-thanks for posting this. I have ACV in my refrigerator but forget about taking it. Its nice to have a reminder. I'm going to take some tonight and I'll toast you while I'm drinking it!
