Pro L Disc Cost Hybrid Surgery
Hi all, I am hoping to have a hybrid, disc replacement at L4/5 with fusion at L5/S1. I am hoping that my insurance Humana will pay for the fusion surgery and I think I will only have to pay for the Pro L disc device. Has anybody had any experience with this situation? Does anyone know how much the Pro L Disc device itself costs?
Is there anybody whose had hybrid surgery who'd like to share their experiences? Thanks! Melinda

I second Conan's question of why a hybrid. If it is only because your insurance will pay for part of it I would make sure that 2 discs is not a better option and pay for the whole thing if it is better.
