I emailed Prospine last evening requesting a case evaluation and received a paypal invoice this morning for 300 eur.I can't read it as it is in German...LOL...maybe I should invest in a translator.
Editing to add: Can someone point me to a post about what Dr. B needs for the evaluation so I can contact my g.p. I have been on this site since I found it and have information overload!
