It started snowing today and I enjoyed a new way down the stairs out front of my aparment--falling down them . I only fell down three stairs, but I am sore. My spine feels alright, but I can tell that my muscles did care for the fall all that much. I'll let you know how I feel in a couple days.

Hope your back is feeling better ASAP! A fall on 3 stairs would have me in bed for about 3 months! take care and move to CA. ~ get away from snow altogether!
