What do you recommend for relaxation, send your choices my way!!!

I am still suffering with my neck/back and a lot of it is from stress so relaxation is important so thought I would ask and see what you all like!!

Hope everyone is doing as well as possible!!!

Meditation/ambient music, deep breathing techniques, jacuzzi, massage, stretching. Try one of those portable water fountains, marijauna, (hey... whatever works).

Massage (get it even if you have to sell your pet, clothes or house), tai chi (deep abdominal breathing is great for everyone), walking (force yourself to chill out)...

Relaxing music of your choice - in a relaxing position where your painful/uncomfortable area is able to relax completely. Deep breathing, zoning out mentally, and practically a sleep state. Keep the room darkened if you can or large sunny warm room if that is more tranquil for you~
Make sure you're not disturbed by cell phone,regular phone, TV, people and so on...

Also, what instantly relaxes me is happiness and laughter- good company...
