Introduction and any info ADR at neck C4/C5?

Hello - thanks for a great site - with some excellent information and links.
Introduction to - A Thompson -
My husband had an accident 3 years ago whilst at work:1/2 tonne cast iron slipped a strop on the overhead crane and swung down striking him head chest stomach - (Yes he is a toughy - still here and mobile most of the time)
He suffers pains predominately neck/head,in his left arm, shoulder hand and fingers, left side of head and face are very sensitive to feeling plus hot and cold - his left eye ball feels like its being crushed - he is in constant pain and suffers disturbed sleep- he is awaiting a pain management course and has been diagnosed with bone degeneration, oseophytes, compression of the Dura, disc protrusion posterior and anterior all at this level - ADR has been mentioned but not recomended - but we need to find out more - can anybody help with info about C4/C5 operations???? Thanks
