Dr. Pettine is awesome. I also had stem cell procedure done as well. Mine was for chronic pain though. Dr. Pettine's office has my info that I used to fight my insurance to pay for my two level adr in the cervical and fusion at the L5/S1. I hope you won't have to fight like I did with United HealthCare who manages Tricare . Please keep us posted.

Update - 3 different doctors involved here.
June 2015 Lumber stem cell procedure at L3-L4-L5-S1. The L3-L4-L5 was protective in nature. The L5-S1 was a final attempt at avoiding surgery. It looks like L3-L4-L5 are in good shape but the L5-S1 has collapsed. - I was nearly collapsed before the procedure.

August 2015 Lumber MRI - L5-S1 Encroachment - Near total disc collapse.

December - CT scan show chronic Pars fracture on L5. Visually the lamina is free floating and no longer attached to L5. Synovial cyst L4 - 8mm
Fusion recommended at L5-S1 with removal of floating lamina. Insert supporting screws/rods on both sides to stabilize and restore disc height thereby relieving the encroachment issue. I'm coming to accept that ADR is not an option on L5-S1 anymore.
I haven't seen many posts about Synovial cysts. Anyone with experience with Synovial cysts in relation to ADR? The last doctor that found it want to leave it alone.
