Default ROI-A StandAlone vs Anterior Fixation Plate

Filum here again,
In My choice of fusion VS ADR the choice of fixation is difficult also. Bierstedt is pretty set on using the ROI cage and Clavel will use an Aesculap stand alone with screws or a peek spacer with an Anterior Fixation plate (medtronic pyramid). From what I have read the Ant. Plate is the most stable and limits ROM the best.
Any thoughts out there on this. Thanks, Filum
