Cigna Denials
Has any one out there heard about Cigna covering multi-level lumbar disc replacement surgeries?
I need multi-level disc replacement surgery covering from L3 to L5-S1. I was supposed to be going in for surgery this Jan 5th, but with the denial Im now in the process of the appeal. Any feedback would be helpful. Thanks, P. Nobles
