Has anyone out there purchased the e-book written by Pokko Houwing , which is a link on the front page of the ADR website ? I was wondering if anyone has anything good to say about it. I will try anything to rid me of pain , but I am sick of wasting money on products that are of no use.

The author lives in the Netherlands, why not contact him with the info on his website. You can email or call him to verify his credentials & guarantees. It is an e-book and costs $25 (dollars?). I did not get a sense of what the book is about; that's why I like the table of contents feature on Amazon.com. It may be time to start a topic here on what books have helped members. Folks, what books have helped you pre or post surgery?
