Davinci robotics
Just watched a YouTube video of an anterior fusion using the davinci robot to make the approach!! Incision is about an inch and a half!!! The future is very bright!

My dad had the DaVincci used when he had his prostatectomy. An amazing technology for sure!! Got rid of all the damn cancer too :-)

Yes the machine has thousands of special features plus several that alert you when your at risk for damaging nerves. It eliminates shaky hands and gives u amazing microscopic views of area your working on. Def gonna be future of anterior approach. The surgeon literally works on you looking into a screen while your on the other side of the room!!
